Description

Hey, I just came back from a lovely trip along the Milky Way.
I stopped off at the north pole to spend the holiday.
I called on dear old Santa Claus, just to see what I can see.
And you know? He took me to his workshop,
and he told his plans to me:

In the 25th century, the Human holiday known as 'Christmas' is still celebrated all across the United Federation of Planets. Christmas originated as a religious holiday to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ on Earth. In the Federation, it has become a time of giving and forgiveness. Some people still celebrate its original meaning, while the Federation's many cultures have adopted their own. But one thing they all agree on is that Christmas is a holiday that embodies the Federation's morals.

So, you better watch out,
and you better not cry
and you better not pout
and I'm-a telling you why:
Santa Claus is-a comin' to town.

(Please not that this mission is not a part of the regular Star Trek Missouri timeline, and is only a fun optional side mission to allow yourself to get into the festive mood and do some holiday-themed writing, or explore an aspect of your character that you wouldn't otherwise.)
